ServiceNow Administrator Job

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience with the ServiceNow platform.

  • Primary Responsibilities:

The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including maintaining stability and usability, managing support for incidents, and managing upgrade planning and execution.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript), web development (HTML/CSS), and integration technologies (REST/SOAP)
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Required Certifications:

The candidate must hold ITIL certification and ServiceNow Administrator certification.

  • Preferred Education and Work Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
