Job Overview

The ideal candidate will design, configure and deliver RSA Archer solutions and third-party integrations. The successful individual will have a strong technical background and experience with the RSA-Archer GRC Platform.


Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure and customize the RSA-Archer GRC Platform.
  • Create high and low-level technical design documents and architecture for RSA-Archer deployment.
  • Develop On-Demand Applications (ODAs) and utilities on the Archer platform.
  • Upgrade RSA-Archer from previous versions to the latest version.
  • Handle production support activities of RSA-Archer.
  • Integrate RSA-Archer with third-party tools, applications and platforms.
  • Design data upload/mail merge templates for automated data feeds.
  • Manage performance of the RSA-Archer platform.
  • Participate in workflow analysis and redesign.
  • Collaborate with clients to configure the RSA Archer platform to meet their business needs through rapid prototyping.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or information systems management or equivalent field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Archer GRC implementation.
  • Archer administration certification 5.x/6.x.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus.
  • Experience in other GRC tools like ServiceNow, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus.
  • Prior experience in audit, risk management, governance, IT security and/or compliance functions is a plus.
