As a senior retail testing professional, you will lead the development and execution of functional test strategies for D365 Commerce POS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of D365 Commerce POS features
  • Create detailed test cases and scenarios to validate FDD and FRD requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze and report defects identified during testing, providing actionable recommendations for resolution
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing results and progress

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on retail or commerce domains
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 Commerce POS features and functionalities
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in production support and interacting with customers would be a valuable addition to your skillset
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
