Job Description

A D365 Retail Functional Consultant is required to implement and support Microsoft POS systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 FO Commerce development and a strong understanding of retail business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support Microsoft POS systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail or RMS.
  • Develop within D365 FO Commerce with a strong understanding of retail business processes.
  • Apply technical expertise in Retail Store Commerce/MPOS, TypeScript, C#, CRT (Commerce Runtime), and Hardware Station.
  • Conduct unit testing of developed components and create technical design documents.
  • Align solutions with client needs by applying a strong understanding of inventory management, sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Interact effectively with clients to understand their needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft POS systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail or RMS.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 FO Commerce development.
  • Good exposure to Retail Store Commerce/MPOS.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, C#, CRT (Commerce Runtime), and Hardware Station.
  • Ability to conduct unit testing of developed components.
  • Proficiency in creating Technical Design Documents.
  • Ability to understand FDDs (Functional Design Documents).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
