Job Title: Microsoft 365 Developer

As a Microsoft 365 Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). You will create and customize responsive Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to support business processes. Automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to streamline business operations. Develop and manage custom SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and web parts. Integrate Microsoft 365 tools and third-party APIs/services into Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design and develop custom solutions using SPFx.
  • Power Apps and Power Automate: Create and customize responsive Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • SharePoint Online Management: Develop and manage custom SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and web parts.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Integrate Microsoft 365 tools and third-party APIs/services into Power Platform solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for deployed apps and flows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SharePoint Online Development: Strong experience with SharePoint Online development and configuration.
  • SPFx and REST APIs: Proficiency in SPFx and REST APIs.
  • Power Apps and Power Automate: Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Microsoft Lists and Teams Integration: Knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, and Teams integration.
  • PowerShell Scripting: Familiarity with PnP PowerShell, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint REST API.
  • Security and Governance: Understanding of Microsoft security model, permissions, and governance.
  • UI/UX Design: Experience in responsive UI/UX design for Microsoft 365 apps.
