At our organization, we're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and elevate our clients' digital presence to the next level.

This full-time on-site role will focus on managing day-to-day social media tasks, implementing content strategy, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Build monthly content calendars and campaign strategies tailored to client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams – creative, copy, video – to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform insights to drive engagement and reach
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and deliver monthly performance reports
  • Work alongside paid media teams to align organic and paid campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a digital or advertising agency.

  • Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, content strategies, and engagement results
  • Deep understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content formats (especially reels and short-form video)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus if you:

Have experience with lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands.
