Job Title: Digital Presence Leader

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to spearhead our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution across key platforms and accounts.
  • Development of platform-specific content plans, ideas, and a strategic calendar aligned with brand objectives and performance metrics.
  • Creative direction for content; ensuring each piece aligns with the brand's tone, values, and aesthetic.
  • Collaboration with creative teams to shape and deliver impactful campaigns that meet strategic and creative standards.
  • Review and approval of content before publication, focusing on quality and consistency.
  • Trend analysis and cultural insight identification to inform strategic content direction and engagement opportunities.
  • Data-driven decision-making, utilizing performance analytics to refine strategy and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional coordination with ORM and community management teams to maintain a responsive and engaging brand presence.

Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior team members and supporting marketing initiatives as needed.
