  • Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Process Efficiency: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Internal Audit: Assist in building and executing an internal audit framework.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional heads to maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans.
  • Emerging Risks: Monitor and address emerging risks, particularly in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
  • Standardization Automation: Participate in projects aimed at standardizing and automating processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance).
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual.
