Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Assurance Expert to guarantee seamless performance across our integrated platforms. You will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans for:
  • Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows in NetSuite.
  • Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases in Salesforce.
  • Checkout, payment gateways, and product syncs in Shopify.
  • Data mappings between systems (e.g., Shopify → NetSuite orders) in Celigo.
Integration Testing: Verify real-time data syncs between systems (e.g., customer updates in Salesforce → NetSuite).Defect Management: Log defects, including steps to reproduce, screenshots/API payloads, severity, and track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.Automation & Tools: Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with GDPR/SOC2 regulations in data handling and maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is beneficial.

Testing Tools:

  • Postman/Swagger (API testing).
  • Selenium/Playwright (UI automation).
  • Jira/Xray (test management).

Platform-Specific Knowledge:

  • NetSuite: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports.
  • Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers.
  • Shopify: Liquid templating, GraphQL API.
  • Celigo: Integration flows, error handling.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset: Isolate defects in complex multi-system environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with dev teams, business analysts, and PMs.
  • Proactive: Flag risks before production deploys.

Performance Metrics:

  • Defect Escape Rate (< 5% to production).
  • Test Coverage (>85% of critical workflows).
  • Regression Test Runtime (optimized via automation).
