Art Director Role Overview

The role of an Art Director involves shaping the creative vision for digital learning experiences, overseeing end-to-end strategy and implementation from concept to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead creative strategies for eLearning simulations, videos, and immersive media.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive innovative storytelling and pitch-winning visual concepts.
  • Ensure design excellence, brand alignment, accessibility, and responsiveness across all deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AR, VR, AI voice, and character animation, and integrate them into our solutions.
  • Upskill and mentor team members in next-gen design and AI workflows.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in eLearning, digital agencies, or media.
  • Global portfolio showcasing standout work across media and platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools including Rapid authoring, Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, Video animation, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Character Animator, DaVinci Resolve, Design collab, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Canva, AI platforms, Midjourney, Runway ML, Synthesia, Colossyan, Pika Labs.
