Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to build brand equity, drive demand, and increase project visibility.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Strategic Planning:">Create and execute overall marketing strategies for corporate brands and individual projects.">Develop media plans to increase project reach and engagement among target audiences.">Conceptualize and execute public relations and influencer engagement plans to maintain consistent brand narratives.">
  • Marketing Execution:
">Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to understand local micro-market trends and customer aspirations.">Manage project-level walkthroughs, including sample flat walkthroughs, 3D site tours, virtual walkthroughs, project films, and digital show suites.">Develop and produce end-to-end marketing collaterals, including project brochures, leaflets, coffee table books, video teasers, testimonials, drone shots, AVs, digital creatives, microsites, e-mailers, social media banners, and physical collaterals.">Campaign Management: ">Plan, manage, and execute ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, including events, promotions, media buys, hoardings, email marketing, etc.">Own and deliver high-impact on-ground activation strategies for new project launches, handovers, milestone celebrations, etc.">Track and optimize the marketing funnel, measure ROI on each campaign, and report performance with dashboards.">Team Collaboration: ">Collaborate with sales, CRM, business development, planning, design, engineering, customer experience, and digital teams.">Work with creative agencies, media planning agencies, public relation agencies, digital agencies, event management agencies, BTL agencies, architects, interior designers, printing and collateral vendors, event agencies, BTL vendors, fabricators, and decorators.">Preferred Qualifications:">
  • MBA in Marketing/Communications with 6-10 years of experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or consumer brand marketing.
  • Experience in handling 360° marketing campaigns and working with multiple agencies.
  • Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling, walkthrough scripting, brand voice, and tone.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative and stakeholder-friendly mindset.
