Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet. Your technical expertise will be essential in understanding, interrogating, and troubleshooting complex systems remotely through network infrastructure.

You will work closely with our broadcast & production engineers, AV system programmers, DevOps, network, and CorpOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet
  • Work closely with our technical teams to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex systems remotely through network infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong technical background, proficiency in event technology, live streaming, and broadcast technologies, including IP-based video, audio, control, and lighting systems, as well as IT system administration of Windows and Linux-based systems.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Lua, PowerShell, and Applescript is also highly desirable. Additionally, experience with enterprise-level network switches and routers, as well as knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network, and control, are essential.

Desirable qualifications include desktop and server OS support (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux), fleet management software, virtual network computing (VNC), Helios/Novastar/Imposa LED Video Wall Processors, Dante Network Audio Infrastructure Hardware & Software, ETC Mosaic MSC, and web development skills.
