Job Title: Tax Compliance Manager">

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GST and Income Tax compliance, with experience in preparing and filing returns, as well as coordinating with stakeholders. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file GST and Income Tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT and other departments, to ensure smooth compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, including input tax registers and self-invoicing.
  • Track and monitor GST input credit reconciliation to ensure 100% matching of credit.
  • Partner with the tax automation team to remove non-value add activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA qualification with around 2-3 years' experience in taxation.
  • In-depth understanding of GST and Income Tax compliances, including returns, litigation, and refunds.
  • Experience representing before tax authorities and preparing responses for litigation.
  • Ability to work with huge data and prepare tax workings.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a competitive environment.
