Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in tax accounting is essential for this role.
  • Corporate Tax provisioning experience in a multinational environment is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Financial/Tax provisioning systems, with ability to support implementation of new system and become expert user, would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work with external tax professional firms and systems providers for preparation of Corporate Tax computations and provisions.
  • Intercompany recharge experience is required.
  • Other miscellaneous tax project work, including supporting preparation of Local Transfer Pricing files for entities in various jurisdictions, will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in an Accounting or Tax department.
  • Proven track record in Tax Accounting and Compliance with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • In-depth experience with tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders including senior management, clients, and tax authorities.
