Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical author to join our aerospace team. The successful candidate will be responsible for authoring and revising aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM) for Airbus programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze source data including engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Author or revise Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) in compliance with Airbus Technical Specifications.
  • Evaluate documentation against standards such as ATA100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret airframe and systems data.
  • Maintain quality and timely delivery of authored content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in authoring AMM for Airbus programs: SA, LR, MB, XWB.
  • Familiarity with handling Airframe and Systems ATA chapters.
  • Proficiency in using Airbus tools: GIPSY, GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, PDMLink.
