About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to process invoices, manage cash apps, and record transactions accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, tracking collections, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Manage cash apps and track collections
• Record transactions accurately in the general ledger
• Maintain records and reports for audit purposes
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong academic background in finance or accounting (MBA/M.com/B. Com) and relevant industry experience of 0-6 months. Local candidates residing in Mumbai are preferred.
Work Arrangements
This is a part-time position that requires working from our office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be available to work flexible hours, including shifts in the US and Australian time zones (4:00 am - 1 pm & 5:30 pm - 2:30 am).
In return, we offer a competitive estimated salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
