Job Title: Machine Learning Specialist

Location: Bengaluru, India (Remote Work Options)

Experience: 4-8 Years of Experience in AI/ML Development

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced machine learning specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building intelligent applications leveraging large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/ML models and workflows using semantic kernel, langchain, and langgraph.
  • Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions integrating various APIs and knowledge sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, architecture, and technical roadmaps.
  • Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization for large language models.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience with semantic kernel, langchain, and langgraph.
  • Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries.
  • Familiarity with APIs, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration.
  • Good understanding of data preprocessing, model tuning, and production deployment.
