About Fit-Out Projects

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans: schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders: including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections: ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges: oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting: maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
