Senior R&D Engineer/Scientist Role

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a R&D Engineer/Scientist II. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of R&D Capital projects within agreed constraints of resources and budget.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, including project charters.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines.
- Lead project teams to achieve cost, schedule, quality, and EHS targets.
- Perform risk and opportunity management, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Negotiate with clients, partners, and contractors to secure project objectives.
- Prepare and conduct project reviews to ensure project progress and performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and dispute resolution.
- Establish and implement operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction.
**Technical Authority:**
- Advise on safe design, construction, and operation of laboratory and pilot plant test facilities.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed projects, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Use commercial simulation programs to optimize process designs and evaluate techno-economic analysis of pilot and demonstration plant process technology.
- Maintain and manage the technical knowledge base for pilot plants engineering, design, and construction.
- Integrate developments in other technology areas for application in assigned technology areas.
**Candidate Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution, with 8-10 years of work experience.
- Eligibility to travel to the US.
