We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Trade Finance Lawyer to join our Global Commercial Banking team at HSBC. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world-leading provider of trade and supply chain finance solutions.
Job Description- Provide legal support to the Global Trade & Receivables Finance (GTRF) business on transactions, ensuring that legal risk is fully identified and managed.
- Draft and negotiate various types of trade documentation, including template facility and security documents, and review transactional documentation for compliance with GTRF policies and procedures.
- Work closely with lawyers globally to provide collaborative and effective legal support to the GTRF business.
- Qualified lawyer (common law jurisdiction preferable) with a minimum of 12 years' post-qualification banking and finance law experience.
- Strong understanding of domestic banking and finance law, trade finance experience preferred but not required.
- Strong people management experience, with an ability to motivate others and create a collaborative team environment.
