About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for processing trade and remittance transactions in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade finance products and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process trade and remittance transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade finance regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction processing and minimize errors.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in trade finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of trade finance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
