We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transportation operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business & operations, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Recruit, manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve targeted goals.
  • Conduct on-the-job training with team members on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/transporters for smooth transactions.
  • Retain customers by providing customized solutions and building strong relationships.
  • Develop new vendors and create strategic plans with management.
  • Oversee marketing, operations, and human resource responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full truck load (FTL) operations, with 5-15 years of experience. They should be computer literate and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
