Job Summary:

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, specifically in Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depot operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn on-ground operations and contribute to key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations at CFS and depots, including coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.
  • Learn the processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.
  • Use MS Excel to manage operational data, perform calculations, and generate data insights.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify improvements.
  • Participate in training programs focused on logistics, CFS operations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear, concise manner
