We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a multifaceted role in ensuring customer success across various sectors, geographies, and stages of business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuming a pivotal role in structuring funding rounds, valuations, financial models, business projections, and more, in light of current market conditions and investor needs.
  • Crafting deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., for clients across various sectors, geographies, and stages of their business operations.
  • Delivering high-quality services to clients while adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking or Investment Analyst experience.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 certification (desired).
  • Knowledge or experience in startup fundraising and venture capital industry (advantageous).
  • Ability to work remotely, owning a laptop and possessing a reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Upon joining, you will complete a 5-7 day training program to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
