Digital Collections Team Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Collections Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of digital collections specialists. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong preference for experience in digital marketing or campaign management.

  • The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and coach the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Regular performance reviews and constructive feedback will be provided. A positive and high-performance work environment will be fostered.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective digital collections campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, social media, and chat. Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve recovery rates will also be essential. Utilizing data analytics to segment customer portfolios and tailor communication strategies will be critical.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to track team performance, analyze campaign results, and create comprehensive reports. Presenting regular performance reports using PowerPoint for senior management and clients will also be a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional experience: 3-4 years, with a strong preference for a background in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven experience leading a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in creating presentations: PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
