About the Job

This seasoned Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and deployment of tailored dashboards and analytics solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data engineering and business teams to develop data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies. Additionally, this person will mentor junior developers, ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control, while engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Development: Create, implement, and deploy dashboards and analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to develop data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
  • Integration & Automation: Implement data integration workflows using scripting and automation services.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7–11 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
