Embedded Software Development Professional

This position involves working on the development of embedded software for various applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in C programming, system-level software design, and Model-Based Software Development (MBSD).

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • - Analyze legacy source code and develop new features to enhance existing functionality.
  • - Participate in the creation of test plans, conduct application-level testing, and verify software modules.
  • - Draft or update technical documentation to reflect software changes and ensure traceability.
  • - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software architecture and module development.
  • - Implement and validate software components using model-based design and auto-coding techniques.
  • - Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) and Runtime Environment (RTE) using tools such as Vector PREEvision, DaVinci, Geny, Tresos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in automotive or off-highway embedded software development.
  • Technical Skills:
  • - Strong proficiency in C programming with at least 3 years of experience in system-level software design.
  • - Hands-on experience with Model-Based Software Development (MBSD), including MATLAB tools and code generation.
  • - Practical experience in AUTOSAR-based software development.
  • - Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI) tools.
