Job Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems and be able to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, HT & LT panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems.
  • Manage the operation of 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).
  • Coordinate the maintenance and servicing of all elevators through AMC vendors, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers.
  • Oversee the maintenance of UPS systems across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight.
  • Assist in electrical fault rectification and ensure DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.
  • Prepare and share daily project reports and summaries.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and have 4-10 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, they will have excellent technical skills, including elevator maintenance and upkeep, electrical equipment troubleshooting, and project supervision.
