Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of current and target technical strategies, product roadmaps, and deliver solutions that align with them.
  • Lead and own topics by collaborating with architects to design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, with a focus on security, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
  • Coach team members to become proficient in development and quality processes, and technologies used in the team, increasing expertise and productivity.
  • Continuously improve designs and implementations, contributing significantly to the technical roadmap.
  • Possess a DevOps mindset, including ownership of features from development through to deployment in production.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team, showcasing innovation in deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot critical production/customer issues.

What We're Looking For

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech from reputable universities with a strong academic background.
  • 7-12 years of relevant experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an innovative mindset.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing large-scale distributed and highly concurrent applications using Java/JEE and related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or UI frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Experience or self-learning in AI/ML/GenAI concepts is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Python backend/ML/data-pipeline development is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in database programming, migrations scripts, query tuning, and other related areas is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, Kafka, ORM frameworks is essential.
  • Expertise in unit testing and TDD/BDD methodologies is essential.
  • Proficiency in OOAD, design patterns, and anti-patterns is essential.
  • Proficiency in SaaS, multi-tenancy, Splunk, and public cloud offerings (Azure preferable) is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, and DevOps is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in security principles such as OWASP.
  • Thorough understanding of the HTTP protocol, including cookies and session persistence.
