Senior IT Program Manager for Large-Scale Projects

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Program Manager to lead our team in delivering large-scale projects on time and under budget. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of Agile project management, from inception to production rollout.
Responsibilities:- Project Management: Primary focus (50+% of time)
- Business Analysis: As needed
- Quality Assurance: As needed, when projects reach this stage
You will have experience managing multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously, such as CRM, retail, hardware/software integrations, etc. Your leadership-level communication skills will enable you to effectively articulate project plans and status updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will possess problem-solving skills, able to take charge of projects with minimal direction and deliver results.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in project management
- Experience working with Java, cloud platforms, and C/C++
- Able to create project templates and business analysis documentation from scratch
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to onboard quickly and work independently
