Senior Project Manager for Large-Scale Enterprise Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee customer project delivery for large and complex projects, driving business value through exceptional leadership and strategic execution.
About the Role:- Manage Project Financials: Meet or exceed approved budgets and provide reliable financial forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders, effectively communicating the direct value our capabilities bring to their business.
- Lead high-performing project teams of over 40 people, mentoring and developing team members to enhance skill sets and drive individual growth.
- First-level university degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years' experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- PMP certification (required); Agile Scrum Certification (CSM) (also required).
- Demonstrated expertise in datacenter migrations, application implementations, DevOps solutions, cloud technologies, and other relevant areas.
- Proven leader in the PM profession, recognized for delivering projects that impact multiple client divisions or the enterprise.
- Portfolio includes managing complex global projects, requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation:The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting the complexity and scope of the role.
