Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives across product, growth, and client success
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects across product, operations, and customer success
  • Work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive initiatives from conception to execution
  • Drive cross-functional projects with sales, product, Support and operations teams
  • Identify and solve high-leverage problems with speed, clarity, and ownership
  • Conduct deep research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or strategic roles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
