Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, users, and system developers to define data sources and detailed business requirements.
- Understand process flows from front to back.
- Develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to help crystallize business rules, processes, and functions.
- Provide input to test plans, testing strategies, design discussions, and project planning meetings.
Requirements for Success
- At least 15 years of experience, with relevant 8 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional & non-functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
