Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures, managing salary revisions, and communicating benefits programs to employees and management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement compensation philosophies and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing compensation structures and determining salary ranges through surveys and analysis of market positioning.
  • Managing annual salary revision exercises and communicating compensation programs to employees and management.
  • Monitoring the compensation program and making changes as necessary to maintain a balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting and retaining staff.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators and interlocking with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
  • Consulting with and educating senior leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Researching and analyzing market data to develop compensation structures and conducting ad hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • An experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in people leadership, preferably from a technology-enabled organization.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, process design, and governance.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Market landscape awareness specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle large size data in Excel and conduct self in a professional manner dealing with sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills, utilizing strong organizational skills to establish plans, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
