Chief FPGA Architect

We're seeking an accomplished Senior FPGA Expert to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, mission-critical FPGA-based solutions.
Responsibilities:- Owning the architecture, design, and implementation of complex FPGAs
- Defining and driving system-level hardware architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Leading timing closure, constraint management, and interface integration (PCIe, DDR, high-speed serial)
- Optimizing performance, power, and resource utilization
- Providing technical leadership, peer reviews, and mentoring junior engineers
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog, a strong track record of successful tape-outs/productization, and proficiency in Vivado, Quartus, Synplify, ModelSim, or similar tools. Familiarity with embedded systems, SoCs, or HW/SW integration is beneficial.
Requirements:- 10+ years of hands-on FPGA design experience
- Expertise in Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog
- Strong track record of successful tape-outs/productization
- Proficiency in Vivado, Quartus, Synplify, ModelSim, or similar tools
