Job Description

We are looking for senior Data Analysts to support the RSA Pricing Sophistication Program by performing data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis on complex insurance datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing).
  • Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings.
  • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.
  • Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis and profiling.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred.
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
