About the Opportunity:

At our agritech platform, we're connecting farmers directly to consumers through three dedicated frontend apps. The admin React.js web app handles farm management, while the two React Native mobile apps cater to delivery drivers and end customers. We're gearing up for a significant upgrade in user experience and performance with Version 2.0.

We seek an experienced frontend engineer to take end-to-end ownership of modern, impactful products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver new features efficiently
  • Own code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices with emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive UI/UX innovation—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for seamless user journeys

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and CI/CD
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
