Lead Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding skills, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to drive code quality and best practices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Drive the development of frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
