Process Engineering Specialist

This role is focused on driving operational excellence across globally distributed teams.

  • Develop and implement new engineering processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global leaders to refine existing workflows and optimize productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and adoption.
  • Design and deliver training programs to onboard teams to new or updated processes.
  • Establish audit frameworks and conduct regular assessments to ensure process adherence.
  • Lead a team of engineers and QA specialists.
  • Oversee tool upgrades and address user requests efficiently.
  • Participate in governance councils to evaluate and prioritize change requests aligned with business strategy.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of overall experience.
  • Strong understanding of process insights and cross-functional experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions.
  • Background in engineering with hands-on experience in PPM tools.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
