About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at HikeOn Technologies Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with clients, translating business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product and Warehouse Operations: Understand end-to-end e-commerce operations, including warehouse processes, inventory management, product information management (PIM), digital asset management, and drop shipping.
  • SDLC Involvement: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, taking part in sprint ceremonies, prioritization, and estimation sessions.
  • Collaboration with UI/UX & Development: Work with the UI/UX team to ensure all aspects of requirements are captured in the design.
  • Testing and UAT: Conduct thorough functional testing to validate the system against client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business, warehouse operations, and PIM systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain/logistics, inventory management, drop shipping, EDIs, and digital asset management.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, creating user stories, functional testing, and working within ABAC/RBAC systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
