Job Description:

As a senior technical design manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our technical design teams and factories. Your key responsibility will be to monitor and ensure that factories meet construction, fit, and workmanship standards.

You will review samples for accuracy and quality, manage process and product challenges throughout development, and collaborate with factories to resolve potential issues.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • 10+ years of experience in garment development.
  • Expertise in fit, patternmaking, grading, construction, costing, and fabrics.
  • A trained eye for proportion, balance, and aesthetic details.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
