Performance Marketer Role

We seek a strategic and data-driven performance marketer to manage and scale advertising campaigns for our US-based clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness across the US market.
  • Develop targeted audience strategies tailored to US market segments, ensuring effective campaign reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging that resonates with US audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights based on analytics and metrics.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates, driving ROI and efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation and high return on investment.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, driving informed decision-making.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and data analysis.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.), with expertise in Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the US market and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using metrics, attribution models, and dashboards to inform marketing strategies.
