About the Role

As a senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our company's technology infrastructure. You will provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365). Additionally, you will troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.

The role also involves networking & infrastructure management, including configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, and switches. Maintaining and monitoring network security and connectivity is another critical aspect of this position.

You will also manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments. Performing backup and recovery operations using Veeam is essential to ensure business continuity.

This position requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint) and Azure services (Intune, Azure AD, Defender, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing, and deployment is necessary for success in this role.
