Dynamics 365 CRM Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of innovative Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing forms, business rules, business process flows, and security features.
  • Hands-on experience in developing plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with system integration using REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions to expand its use across the organization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM modules for maximum performance.
  • Customizing and configuring CRM components, including forms, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
  • Developing and maintaining plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate and streamline processes.
  • Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support agile development and deployment practices.
  • Integrating CRM with other enterprise systems via REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
