Job Opportunity
Transformative Design Role:
We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer/Product Designer with 24 years of experience to drive the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms, proficiency in design and prototyping tools, and excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and design decisions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within EdTech and learning platforms.
Requirements:
- 24 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
