Senior Product Strategist

Job Overview:
\We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, payments, or related fields, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Assess product and market delivery readiness through adherence to Product Delivery methodology.\
- Project manage pilot projects, ensuring scope and timelines are met, maintaining RAID logs, and providing regular status reports.\
- Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers during pilot projects.\
- Leverage tools like Postman, Insomnia, and Splunk to identify and resolve issues.\
- Evaluate issues that require advanced troubleshooting for escalation to Product and Engineering teams.\
- Drive product implementation from readiness, market testing into commercialization for scaled deployment.\
- Validate and develop implementation documents including project initiation, project plans, and training documents.\
- Act as a knowledge expert on new and complex products.\
- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to internal teams, partners, and customers.\
- Understand implementation issues, collaborate with product and technology teams on resolutions, and iterative feedback/lessons learned for regional product teams.\
- Analyse data from product delivery projects, report on performance and success metrics.\
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functions in Product and Technology to complete delivery and customer support tasks.\
