Job Role

As an industrial trainee, you will play a key role in supporting month-end activities for various business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the preparation and submission of month-end data and reports.
  2. Conducting monthly direct tax health checks before TDS payments are made and filing quarterly returns as required.
  3. Providing analysis and recommendations on plant-managed expenses to identify cost reduction opportunities.
  4. Analyzing job costs and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Assisting with inventory-related provisions and driving action items to closure with plant stakeholders.
  6. Participating in ad-hoc business partnering requirements and reporting as needed.
  7. Supporting price analysis and discount discussions.
  8. Performing segmental and zonal analysis for the solutions business.
  9. Collaborating with PFR teams to analyze data and provide insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: CA Intermediate (both groups) cleared.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of completed CA articleship.
  • Internship Duration: Must be available for a full-time internship for a period of 11–12 months.
  • Preferred candidates have experience in Big 4 industries.
