Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of junior engineers in software development.

- Participate in agile rituals including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, story huddles, retrospectives, and creation of burn-up charts.

- Ensure all work is captured in project management tools.

- Mentor and support software developers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of programming experience with Core Java and Spring framework.

- Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.

- Experience working with Hibernate, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Test-driven development.
