We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in building innovative digital health solutions.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that software applications meet business and functional requirements. This involves closely collaborating with team members to define, execute, document, and maintain test cases and test automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align to industry testing standards and processes throughout the delivery of projects.
  • Demonstrate that software applications meet Business & Functional requirements and are fit for purpose based on approved quality testing practices.
  • Closely collaborate with team members to define, execute, document, and maintain test cases and test automation.
  • Perform routine activities such as understanding requirements, writing comprehensive test cases, creating test data, and designing, executing, and maintaining UI, API, Mobile Automation scripts.
  • Acquire an automation-first mindset.
  • Produce testing artifacts such as test plans, test reports, etc. based on defined scope and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in various testing types and large-scale environments.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical, health, or life insurance.
  • Intermediate to Expert SQL knowledge.
  • Cantonese speaker preferred but not required.
  • Background in business analysis.
