High-Level Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to fill a critical role at our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, reporting, and visualization. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models to support business processes within the SAP HANA environment.

  • Data Modeling Responsibilities: The Data Specialist will be responsible for creating data models that meet business requirements, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and availability.
  • Reporting and Visualization Experience: The candidate must have hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, visualization, and building interactive dashboards.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills are required to work effectively with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Data Optimization Expertise: The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing data structures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with integrating data across multiple systems and platforms is essential for this role.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data models.

Skill Set Required

  • Data Modeling Experience: 6+ years of experience in data modeling with strong expertise in SAP HANA.
  • Power BI Experience: Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, visualization, and building interactive dashboards.
  • Data Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of data architecture, schema design, entity relationship modeling, and performance optimization.
  • SAP Expertise: Proficiency with SAP data structures, CDS views, and Fiori analytical apps.
  • ETL Process Experience: Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and system integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
